Multy U connection issue

Hey,

Have a problem it seems a few people are having with their Multy U units and looking for help fixing. Sounds like I might need to update the firmware or something?


Bought a 3 pack brand new about 5 years ago, had them working fine with the app a while back but now I'm getting a connection issue. I go through the steps to get the base unit connected but it keeps saying "failure to connect to the network" on the app. It still creates a network so I can connect to the internet with my devices but the app doesn't show anything so I can connect other multis.

Any idea how to fix this?
