Recover credentials for NR7123 outdoor unit

Hi,

The default password on the PoE plug of the outdoor unit I have doesn't work for and unfortunately it is located too high up on my two storey house to safely physically hit the reset to factory settings button on the unit itself.

It is possible the installer reset it from default because I didn't change it myself. Can it be recovered?

As a follow up on my query - if I cant get this from Zyxel should my provider be able to supply the required information or is the only way to climb a ladder and reset the unit?
