NAT not available in my Nebula FWA510

Hi,

I tried to set port forwarding to enable Remote desktop. I read all the different instructions available on the internet. They all refer to site-wide setting and then NAT. However my nebula control center has no site-wide settings or NAT. Help neede urgently. Thanks in advance.

    Hi @bo_liu2963

    Please note that the ISP normally does not provide the public IP address for Cellular network. Please check the IP address in Cellular Info. If it is not public IP, please contact your ISP to check if your SIM card can fix with a public IP.
