I'm having issues with some file downloads: how can I add here some MD5 hashes to check issues?

Yes, you can type in the MD5 hashes in the allow list.

I think I found a false positive that is blocked by your H series, it is an exe for an antimalware downloader: it is always blocked above 90% download.

I want to update you that our team test with the file, but the firewall Anti-Malware doesn't block this file. Our team can open this file without issue. Therefore, we would like to check if there has any logs on the firewall related with the Anti-Malware.
