Dear Nebula Users,

The system had some issues due to an incident from AWS.

Issue Started from:
2025-10-20 06:49 (UTC+0)

Resolved:
2025-10-20 09:24 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:

  • H series device can't onboading and can't apply license.
  • USG FLEX / ATP series's security services might encouter issues:
    • Signature update service
    • Cloud query
    • Sandboxing
  • Marketplace/Circle/Payment gateway services are also affected.
  • Some pages are unable to load successfully. (Start from 202510/20 09:19 (UTC+0) and end at 2025/10/20 10:01(UTC+0))

Note: This incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services if there is no any configuration change.
