Hello,I need help migrating a device from my old account to my new one. I have an NSG100 device associated with the MyZyxel portal, and I can't delete it to connect it to my new account. Can you help me?Thanks

    Hi @aaaaaa

    There are three methods:

    1. Use the Nebula mobile APP to scan the device's QR code to register it to the new account.
    2. Change organization's owner. This will also change the device owner.
    3. Send me a photo with this NSG's MAC address and serial number stickers. Then I will help you disassociate with the old account. Please also share the old account's email with me to identify.

    Hi, the QR code isn't on the label. I was at the customer's office yesterday, but I didn't think to take a photo of the labels. I'll go back to the customer's office as soon as I can to take a photo. Without this photo, can we do anything? Because the customer is quite far away from me.

    You can try to change org owner, this will also change the device's owner in this org.
