Extend Nebula API capabilities for MSP – license activation support

We’ve recently received valuable feedback regarding the Nebula API functionality that allows creating organizations and sites.

From the MSP’s operational perspective, the deployment workflow still faces limitations.

After creating an organization and site through the API, MSPs currently need to:

1. Log in to the Nebula portal manually.
2. Add licenses to the newly created organization.
3. Then, back to the API again to register devices.

This manual step prevents full automation, which is critical for MSPs who aim to streamline provisioning and onboarding.

To enhance MSP efficiency and enable complete automation, User @Dpj would like to propose:

• Directly enable license assignment and activate it via API, including the 30-day Pro trial, upon organization creation.

By implementing this improvement, MSPs could automate the creation and preparation of new customer organizations and sites, reducing setup time and manual intervention, and making the Nebula API a much more powerful tool for large-scale MSP operations.
