Can't register new account

Good day,
I'm trying to register a new account with my company email, but activation emails didn't arrive. I've tried to re-send a couple of times and it didn't work. Email address used was actually in deny mode initially, but it is enabled now. How can I check what is wrong?

It could be because the domain was blocked since we can't deliver the confirm email. Let me send you a private message for your company email address to unblock it,.
