    Your 'new PC' uses a protocol for file access which wasn't invented yet when that NSA220+ was manufactured, 15 years ago in 2010.

    You have several options to access the data.

    • Enable and configure the build-in FTP server on the NAS (using the webinterface), and use something like FileZilla to access it.
    • Use the webversion of the file browser on the NAS.
    • Use your old PC.
    • Install an older OS in a VM on your new PC.
