Hello everyone,

on a site I have 3 SSIDs.

Let me call them Red, Blu, Violet.

On the "SSID by usage" widget I see 2 times the Red SSID instead of only one:

Why is it showing double SSID?

    Hi @GiuseppeR,

For the "SSID by usage" widget, the system does not group traffic solely by SSID name. It also differentiates usage based on the security mode actually used by the client. If your SSID is configured with WPA3 Transition Mode, clients may connect using either WPA3 or WPA2 (fallback). When both types of clients are present, Nebula will count them as two separate entries in the widget, even though they belong to the same SSID. This might explain why the “Red” SSID appears twice in the widget for a single SSID name.

Additionally, you can check the details under Site-wide > Monitor > Access points > Summary report, and refer to the “Top SSIDs by usage” section, as shown in the example image below.

Do you plan to update the widget with the specific detail regarding the security protocol that is used or not?

Thanks in advance for the info 😁
