No confirmation and no license

I purchased a license three times, in all cases I had an error in the Zyxel site.

    We see these three orders were paying by PayPal. Didn't you receive the receipt? And what error did you have?

    About the license, since you purchased the licenses on Nebula, the licenses will assign to your devices directly.

    Good afternoon,

    Yes to was paid with PayPal, but when the payment was selected I received an error. Error processing payment. I tried again and again an error. So I thought it was due to PayPal. I did not see the the licenses in the Dashboard, but that is my bad (I was just reading the text incorrectly, the screen is not showing active licenses but licenses with an expiration longer then 90 days.)


    So when I had the second error I paid with ideal. This was also giving a similar error, but then I saw the licenses.

    So I have now 3 licenses, 1 active for 2 devices and 2 pending.

    Not sure if this can be solved, otherwise I will use the licenses when the year is ending next year. Preferably I would like a refund if possible.

    We recommended retaining the licenses, as upon the expiration of the current license, the subsequent license will be activated, thereby ensuring that his organization benefits from the appropriate features.
