Nebula Website Resetting to Default
I have a problem that started yesterday.
On the Nebula website any page that displays as a table e.g. Switches, Access Points, Switch Ports, has reverted back to the default columns.
If I reselect the columns I want, it will work, but if I refresh the web page the columns will revert back to the default again.
I've tried it on multiple computers and Chrome and Edge browsers and the same thing happens on all of them.
Anyone else seeing the same problem?

This issue has been fixed, could you help to verify from your side? From my side, I do not encounter this issue now.

The account for this issue is not a shared account, is it? Could you help to use Jam to record this issue and share the link with us (via private message). We will check this video first and find how to solve it.

I confirm the account is not a shared account.
The same issue is happening for all the accounts in our Zyxel Organisation.
I have private messaged you a video of the problem.
