Help needed please with NR7101 set up please

Ok im new to all this, just bought a nr7101 & im struggling to get it working in more ways than one doing a set up before i install on the outside wall i can set it all up get the green light is on when sim is inserted but as soon as i press the wps in and find it on my mac it starts flahing yellow & green i can long into it but it says no internet conection ? I have tried to log into the 192.168.1.1, but it just says wrong password, even after I have done a factory reset on it, Photo before I try to find it with my wps button

Did you press the reset button for more than 5 seconds?

Could you share the serial number with us?
