Why I can't login to my GS1900 web GUI?

Q. Why I can't login to my GS1900 web GUI? I type in the account & password and click the enter button, but nothing happens.

A. This is more likely your account's password includes unsupported characters.

Here is the character that GS1900 supports.

Enter a password using the keyboard characters ("a – z", "A – Z", "0 – 9", ~!@#$%^&*()_+`–={}[]:;<>./\) for the user.

Please factory default the switch and configure the password with the supported characters.
