How to resolve firmware availability shows Locked?

When Nebula displays firmware “Availability" in Locked status, it means the device cannot freely upgrade or downgrade firmware due to restrictions set on the backend. This condition cannot be resolved directly from the Nebula interface.

How to Resolve This Issue

To unlock the firmware availability, please contact Zyxel Support so we can review and adjust the device status.
