When the access point is operating in 802.11be (WiFi 7) mode, MLO (Multi-Link Operation) is enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
This behavior is defined by the WiFi 7 standard and chipset design.
Note:
If you encounter compatibility issues and must have a requirement to run the AP without MLO, you may switch the radio mode to a non-WiFi 7 mode:1.Navigate to Sidebar → Configure → Access Points → Radio Settings
2.Scroll down to the bottom table.
3.Change the Radio Mode from 802.11be to 802.11ax.
When running in 802.11ax mode, the AP will operate without MLO.
