If you are unable to add a Nebula device to your organization because it is already registered to another user, you can often transfer ownership using the Nebula Mobile App by scanning the device's QR code. This method is effective when the device was previously associated with a different owner and cannot be added via the web portal.
- Ensure the device is in your physical possession. The QR code scanning method requires direct access to the device.
- Install and open the Nebula Mobile App on your mobile device.
- Log in to your Nebula account.
- Navigate to your desired Organization/Site within the app.
- Go to the Devices tab.
- Tap the "Add Device" option.
- Scan the QR code found on the device itself.
