How can i speak with a live human person, to get advice on Zyxel Nebula licenses.

Alle the packs and all the license terms/functionallities. Is is just so complex. So complex.
I can only get help with AI. I would like to get help from an intelligent person in stead of an AI bot.

Only Nebula Pro pack organization and USG FLEX H with EDP/GSP license can open live chat with agent.
