FWA710(IP Passthrough) + USG60W Connection drops out often

I’m having issues with connection dropouts. I used to have a Huawei modem with Vodafone and a USG60W, and I suspected the Huawei modem with the IP Passthrough function. I replaced the modem with an FWA710 device using IP Passthrough and a different operator. Everything works, but sometimes websites become unreachable. When I try to ping a public website, it’s unreachable for a moment, then the response suddenly appears, but the websites themselves remain unavailable for a while before they start working again. This keeps happening repeatedly and randomly. I believe the issue is caused by IP Passthrough. With a device that supported a full Bridge mode, I never had these problems. I would appreciate any advice or your experience.

You said a different operator so that could also be a reason?

If the FWA710 is not in IP Passthrough do you have the same issue?

Also does your IP change on USG WAN interface when this happens?

Originally, I thought the issue might be on the operator’s side, but it’s the same with a different operator. I have a public IP address and I need to pass it through to the USG, so I didn’t try it without IP Passthrough. When the PC is connected directly to the FWA710, the problem does not occur.

If it works fine with a PC to FWA710 then it would seem everything is fine with the FWA710 and operator.

Not sure why the USG60W would be a problem are you using the same cable from USG to FWA710 that you are for PC to FWA710?

The only way to look into it deeper would be Wireshark DHCP and ARP PC vs USG to see if there is a reason.

One thing you can try but will likely not make a difference due to how IP Passthrough works is this by SSH.

What's the specific website? Could you share it with me, and I can help test in the default config of the USG 60W?
