SecuReporter no Traffic data

Hi,

I have a full configured USG 500H firevall + Gold Security Pack. I set up the SecuReporter integration a few months ago.

But the Traffic page on SecuReporter is totally empty.

What can I do? Why empty the Traffic page?

    Hi @EDHU,

    To better understand the situation, could you please check whether Traffic Log is enabled on the device’s local GUI?

    Please go to Log & Report > SecuReporter and ensure the Traffic category (and any other required log categories) is selected. This will send the enabled log categories to the SecuReporter portal.

    (Please note that data collection takes time, so information will appear approximately 15-30 minutes after enabling.)

    Hi @EDHU,

    After checking, we have confirmed that the traffic data is now available on SecuReporter. Since we restarted the Traffic Log service (disable then enable it) in the local GUI, the data appears on SecuReporter within 5-10 minutes.

    Note that the "Bandwidth Hostname" and "Bandwidth MAC" sections won't show any information in the current version.

    This will be included in the next firmware, v1.37 (releasing this month), where you can enable Device Insights via CLI for visibility. Please stay tuned to our News & Release page when the firmware becomes available for download.
