Elite Pack Trial

I have activated an Elite Pack trial and when i try to assign this trial license to my USG LITE 60AX it gives me an error that there are no available licenses for this device?

Can someone explain why?

    Could you help:

    1. Record the error by using browser plugin Jam.
    2. Enable Zyxel support access for this organization and provide the license key for us to check.

    We noticed you create a ticket to us.

    From what we can see, you've successfully activated the trial mode within the Nebula Control Center (NCC). When you activate a trial like this, the system doesn't generate a separate license key for you to manually assign. Instead, it automatically applies the Elite Pack features to all eligible devices associated with your organization that are logged into the NCC.

    You should be able to verify that the Elite Pack features are now active for your USG LITE 60AX by navigating to the "Configure" section for the device in NCC. There, you should see the Elite Pack features available for setup and use.
