Allow granular deactivation of NCC functions on firewalls

Hello,

Currently, «show gui nebula status» shows a «all or none» status, we need a per-feature connection status. For example reverse shells, config push/pull and connectivity checker should be separate features, even if they all require NCC.

This is required for compliance in some orgs, which might need it for legal compliance.

May I know the details about the per-feature connection status? We want to ask it is because once the device disconnect with Nebula, remote SSH/configurator, configuration apply/sync, and connectivity will be disconnected/not working.
