Zyxel Nebula Control Center Release Note

Common NCC (Organization,Site-wide,etc.):

  1. Added MSP-level Device & license inventories that provides comprehensive license overview, centralized management of devices/licenses across all organizations and changelog managements. (Nebula MSP Pack license is required)
  2. Added MSP-level Config templates to simplify configuration template management across organizations. (Nebula MSP Pack license is required)
  3. Accelerate deployment progress by allowing the switch profile in a template site to be auto bound to the switches as soon as being added in its bound sites. (Nebula Pro Pack or MSP Pack license is required)
  4. Enhanced Configuration Replicate in Org-level and MSP-level. Admin can replicate an existing site to create a new one. The scope of replication can be customized. USG Flex H series support has been added. (Nebula Pro Pack or MSP Pack license is required)
  5. Backup & Restore now supports the USG FLEX H series in Org-level and MSP-level. (Nebula Pro Pack or MSP Pack license is required)
  6. MSP can directly view a Pro Org's changelog in MSP Change log page. (Nebula MSP Pack license is required)
  7. Devices with Auto-Renew turned on are easy to spot.

Wireless LAN (WLAN):

  1. Captive Portal Security: Enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for Captive Portal logins using the Nebula Cloud Authentication Server (NCAS).
    *This feature currently excludes External Portal configurations.
  2. Dynamic Bandwidth Control: Administrators can now enforce client rate limits dynamically using RADIUS attributes.
  3. RF Diagnostics: Added a live tool "Neighbor Scan" to monitor surrounding Wi-Fi networks and interference in real-time.
Note: Nebula will perform a server certificate update for WPA-Enterprise authentication with the Nebula Cloud Authentication Server on January 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM (UTC+8). This update will replace the existing certificate to maintain compliance with security and validity requirements. After the update, client devices that have cached the previous certificate may prompt users to reauthenticate or require a manual reconnection to the Wi-Fi network to establish trust with the new certificate.

Switching:

  1. Added CX4800 support cloud stacking with FEC/Media type option.
  2. Enhanced the DDMI live tool for 100G transceiver metrics.
  3. Loosen port type restrictions for link aggregation.
  4. Added SNMPv3 support. (initially available on CX4800-56F)

Security Firewall:

  1. Added AES-GCM support for USG Flex H series.
  2. Added INTERFACE SUBNET type address object in phase 2 policy of manual-link VPN for USG FLEX H series.
  3. Added application matching to USG FLEX H policy route.
  4. Anti-malware now supports SHA256 hashes in both the allowlist and blocklist.
  5. Added backup interface as next-hop in policy route for USG FLEX/ATP series.

Security Router:

  1. Added USG LITE 60AX WAN2 support for dual-WAN connectivity.
