A login log is needed to show which user tried to log in, when and from where, as well as the result of the login attempt (successful, password error, 2FA error).

    Hi @nubira

I have shared this idea with our product team for evaluation.

Additionally, I would like to share with you that our login platform is Zyxel account, not Nebula login directly. After you login to Zyxel account login portal, you may access the platform like: Nebula control center, Secu Reporter, etc.

Therefore, could you help to share more details about what action you want to monitor/audit? If you concern about the organization been accessed and edited the configuration, we currently support this requirement. You may check it in the Organization-wide Management > Change Log section.

    Hi @Zyxel_Melen,

we have an IT security audit and need evidence of login and logout events. Who, when, from where, etc. It is a standard log of user events. I think this is important in terms of accountability.

By the way, if I set the inactive session timeout in Nebula, the app also logs me out on my phone. Is it possible to set a different, longer timeout for the app?

    Thanks!

    Hi @nubira

    1. The Nebula mobile app log-out period is ten times the session timeout period.
    2. The session timeout period is 1 day by default, even it is disabled.

Could you share the reason and also the scenario/use case about why you need longer timeout for the app? With these information, our product team can better evaluate for this request.

    Hi @Zyxel_Melen,

the scenario is simple: due to NIS2, I need to set the Nebula session timeout to 10 minutes. As you wrote, in this case the app timeout is 10 minutes x 10 = 100 minutes. This is very little time, so we need to log in to the app every time we want to use it. This is the reason why I need it.

    Thank you!
