Zyxel account deletion

I would like for all Zyxel accounts/services linked to my email to be deleted. Thank you.

To initiate the deletion of your Zyxel accounts and services linked to your email, please follow these steps:

• For MyZyxelCloud accounts: If you are using the Multy App, navigate to Settings > Delete Account within the app. You will then need to confirm the deletion and provide your account details.
• For other Zyxel accounts/services (including Nebula): Submit a formal request to Zyxel's privacy team.
  • If you reside in an EU/EEA country, contact euprivacy@zyxel.eu.
  • If you reside outside the EU/EEA, contact privacy@zyxel.com.tw.
    Please specify your request for the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data. You may receive a confirmation email to proceed with the deletion.

To help us further assist you and ensure a smooth process, please provide the following information:

• Nebula Organization/Site Name: If you have any active Nebula organizations or sites.
• Zyxel Support Access: For Nebula-related deletions, enabling Zyxel Support Access can significantly expedite troubleshooting and verification. You can do this via Help > Support Request in your Nebula console. This allows the Zyxel support team to view your cloud environment configuration directly.
