hi. Noticed in the release notes for the latest firmware update that there is a new RF diagnostics feature.

RF Diagnostics: Added a live tool "Neighbor Scan" to monitor surrounding Wi-Fi networks and interference in real-time.

Where can I find this on Nebula? Thanks

The new "Neighbor Scan" live tool for RF Diagnostics, which monitors surrounding Wi-Fi networks and interference in real-time, was introduced in the Nebula Control Center 19.30 software release.

To access this feature, you will typically find RF Diagnostics tools within the monitoring or diagnostic sections related to Access Points in your Nebula Control Center.

Information Collection Guide:

To help us guide you to the exact location and ensure your devices support this feature, please provide the following:

• Device Models: The specific models of your Access Points.
• Firmware Version: The current firmware version running on your Access Points.
• Nebula Organization and Site Name: This will allow us to investigate your configuration directly if you enable support access.
• Enable Zyxel Support Access: Please navigate to Help > Support Request in your Nebula console and enable Zyxel Support Access. This allows our team to view your cloud environment configuration, which significantly speeds up troubleshooting.

To access Neighbor Scan:

1. Go to Site-wide > Devices > Access Points
2. Select the desired AP device
3. On the AP's detailed information page, locate the Live Tools section
4. Find and click Neighbor Scan

Please note that this feature requires the following conditions to function:

• At least one AP in your site
• The AP must be online and running the latest firmware version

Additionally, this feature may not appear if your AP model doesn't support it.
