Centralized Log Monitoring
The MSP Change Log has been enhanced with a dedicated Organization tab within the MSP portal. This allows MSP administrators to monitor the change logs of all managed organizations from a centralized platform without having to navigate into each organization's individual portal.
Operational Rules
- License Requirement: This portal only displays logs for organizations currently running a Pro Pack or Pay-as-you-go license. Organizations on Base or Plus packs will not appear here.
- Selection Logic: Upon first access, no logs are displayed. The user must first select a specific organization and click the search button.
- Reset Function: A reset button is available to clear organization filters, keyword results, and the displayed logs.
