The login credentials can vary depending on whether your device is managed by Nebula and if the default passwords have been changed.

Here's how you can determine the correct login information:

• If your device is not registered to Nebula:
  • The default username is typically "admin".
  • The default password is often "1234".
  • If "admin/1234" doesn't work, check the label on your device for the initial or default password. This is the factory-set password.
  • If you've previously changed the password in standalone mode, use the password you established during that setup.
• If your device is registered to Nebula:
  • When a Zyxel device is registered to Nebula, its local login credentials are overridden by the credentials set in Nebula.
  • You will need to use the password configured in the Nebula Control Center.
  • To find this password, log in to the Nebula portal and navigate to Site-wide > Configure > Site Settings > Device Configuration to find your specific password under "Local credentials".

In addition, if you are unable to access the device's web interface:

• Ensure your computer is connected to the same network as the Zyxel device.
• You can use the Zyxel ZON Utility to identify your device's IP address if 192.168.1.1 is not working.

Note: If your device is registered to Nebula, please perform all configurations directly via the Nebula portal. Any changes made locally may be overwritten by the cloud settings or may not be saved correctly.
