NWA50BE Nebula registration

Hi,

I have a NCC account with two firewalls registered in two different sites.

I need to register my NWA50BE but once mac and serial are inserted I receive the message

"You are adding devices(s) without proper NCC license to organization, it will cause license problem and advanced features will be disabled if didn't assign license in 15 days."

Any hints?

You should have an extra NCC license also for that AP to add it inside Nebula ORGs maintaining PRO features, otherwise the AP will work but in a pair of weeks it will disable advanced features like database logs.

Do you know which license must be acquired for the AP?

I have a Gold security Pack on a FLEX and a Elite Pack on a Security Router. This provides upgrade to Nebula PRO?

Hi @WileECoyoteIT,

The warning appears because your NWA50BE AP needs a Nebula Pro Pack license to join your NCC organization. Here's why:

• Your Gold Security Pack (FLEX) and Elite Pack (Security Router) only license their specific devices—they don't extend to APs.
• Every device in your organization needs its own Pro Pack license for full Nebula Pro features.

Therefore, please purchase a Nebula Pro Pack license for your NWA50BE to maintain Pro status across all devices in your organization.
