Hello everyone,

I have different ORGs that have the same WAN1 value:

immagine.png immagine.png immagine.png

It may happen that at different times of the day the value is different, but the same value is always shown through the different ORGs

    We can find the same issue with other organization on Android phone and confirmed on iPhone doesn't have this issue. We are investigating on this issue and will keep you posted.

    This issue will be fixed in next Nebula Mobile APP release. ETA is about end of April.

    thanks a lot for your feedback, does Zyxel plan to release an app also for iPad?

    Does Zyxel consider to unify the vendor on App Stores?

    Let me check if we have a new plan or not. For iPad user, we recommended to access Nebula control center directly(use browser).

    OK for the iPad tip to follow.

    About the second part, the fact that Zyxel is on App Store using two vendor names should be fixed unifying them under the same roof:

    Other big vendors (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, Google) have only a publisher for their apps 😁😎

    Thank you for the suggestion! We understand your concern about having two different publisher names on the App Store.

    The reason behind this is that Zyxel actually consists of two separate legal entities — Zyxel Communications and Zyxel Networks — each responsible for different business areas and product lines. As a result, their respective apps are published under different developer accounts on the App Store, which is why you see two different publisher names.
