convert from ATP500 - USG FLEX 200

I recently received a usg flex 200 becaue the usg flex 500 was overkill, also worth mentioning that I have a private encryption key on the config file. The option to convert form atp500 to usg Flex 200 does not appear and converting from atp500 - usg flex 500 does not work. Question 1 can I remove the encryption password without blowing my user database? there does not seem to be that option in the usg flex 200

The converter tool is unable to convert the configuration from the ATP500 to the USG FLEX 500 or USG FLEX 200. When using the ATP500 as the source firewall, the Zyxel Security Appliance Configuration Converter only supports converting the configuration to the USG FLEX 500H.

If you would like to configure based on your ATP500 configuration, we suggest the following steps:

1. Download the default configuration file for the USG FLEX 500 / 200.
2. Manually update the interface-related settings to match your requirements.
3. For non-interface-related settings, you may copy them directly from the ATP500 configuration.
4. Upload the updated configuration file to the USG FLEX 500 / 200.

One more solution for you if your firewalls are managed by Nebula, when replacing an ATP500 with a USG FLEX 500 (of the same tier), NCC retains all existing firewall settings. However, when replacing an ATP500 with a USG FLEX 200 (of a lower tier), NCC resets all firewall settings to default. Detail information can be found here:
