NR7302 being blocked by my isp

My isp appears to block any 3rd party devices from being on their network, does anyone know of a way to trick them by masking the ID of the zyxel modem/router? It works for a few minutes and then all downloading stops.

I've got ip passthough working, I've set the MAC address. Is there any other setting that I can try?
