Bought secondhand WAP and can’t login

hope someone can help. Bought a Zyxel NWA50AX access point off eBay. The seller says they removed the device their end but when I scan the QR code on the back, nebula says I’m locked out by device owner. I’ve also tried to access it via the IP on my Mac but I don’t have the admin password for it and the generic one does not work. How do I get this reset so I can start using it? Thanks

Since this device is locked by the previous owner, scanning the QR code via the Nebula app won't work. To assist with unbinding it, please send me via private message by clicking my account > Message:

• The device's purchase receipt/invoice
• A photo of the label clearly showing the MAC address and serial number

This will allow us to verify your ownership and proceed with support.
