​Firmware request for NR5307 - V1.00(ACOM.0)b1

​Hi Zyxel Team,
​I have a second-hand NR5307 5G router (EU Importer: Zyxel Communications A/S, Denmark).
​The router currently has a customized provider firmware installed: V1.00(ACOM.0)b1.
The online upgrade feature fails with a "cannot retrieve information" error.
​Could you please provide the latest generic / global V1.00(ACJT...) firmware file (.bin) so I can upgrade and flash the device manually?

Please contact Hiper, the ISP that provided the device, to have the firmware updated to the latest version.
