[NEBULA] Received an alert about an unknown VPN connection

Example: the site-to-site VPN connection to "SBC9925349253" disconnected

We do not have a tunnel set up with this name. Is this an alert about the Nebula Topography VPN?

It is the Nebula VPN naming format, should not be a problem.
