Why don't you ditch this lousy product?

I tried this useless Nebula app and I found it lacking in so many ways it's even hard to decide where to start.

So I decided to remove the device from Nebula (a 5g 505 model router) and now I cannot access the router anymore since the old admin password is no longer valid and the original one neither.

Isn't this enough reason to ditch such stupid product? Not free to use MY device as I wish to? Now I'll be forced to reset the device and perform a new setup from scratch , Thank you Zyxel.

I'm very sorry to hear about the frustrating experience you've had with the Nebula app and your FWA505 router. Currently, mobile routers such as the FWA505 are mainly configured through the local GUI. Nebula primarily provides device monitoring functionality. So if you'd prefer to configure the device locally, you can do so while still monitoring it through Nebula.

If the FWA505 has already been fully deleted from Nebula (removed from Nebula organization), its configuration will revert to factory default settings and standalone mode — in this case, the login password is the one printed on the device label.
