in Nebula

Was able to login to NR7101 unitil upgrade now it says managed by cloud and cannot loginto unit locally or on cloud?

    We have checked your account and found that there are currently no devices registered under it. Based on this, it is possible that your NR7101 device was previously registered by another user.

    To change ownership of the device, we recommend scanning the QR code label on the device. During this process, you will be guided to create a Nebula organization and site.

    Once the device is successfully added, the login credentials for the local GUI can be found in the Nebula web portal under: Site-wide > Configure > Site settings > Local credentials
