Dear Nebula Users,

The system had some issues due to an incident.

Resolved:
2026-06-15 17:53 (UTC+0)

Issue Symptom & Risk:
- Some devices are offline and unable to reach NCC servers successfully.
- NCC is unable to provision or update network settings to Nebula devices.
- Some APIs may return incorrect results.
- Services related to NCAS may experience instability.

Note: This incident does not affect Nebula devices and their local network services if there is no any configuration change.
