Why is my FWA510 router showing a red indicator light and not connecting to NCC?

If your Zyxel FWA510 router indicates a red light and cannot connect to the Nebula Control Center (NCC), follow these steps:
- Ensure ports 4335 and 6667 are not blocked by your firewall or Internet Service Provider (ISP). These ports are essential for NETCONF communication with NCC.
- Verify that your router is connected to the internet. You can check this through the device’s Web GUI by connecting your PC to the LAN port or the router's SSID.
- Confirm that NCC Discovery is enabled on your device. This can usually be managed in the router's settings via its Web GUI.
- Restart your router and check all cables. Unplug the device for 10 seconds and then reconnect it.
- Make sure the router is assigned to the correct site under the 'Site-wide > License & Inventory' section in NCC.
