[NEBULA] Service Notice – NCC Dashboard Display Issue on Sites Using Layer 3 Routing switches

We are currently aware of an issue in Nebula Control Center (NCC) where some pages may not display correctly for certain sites.

Affected pages may include:

• Dashboard
• Topology
• Clients

Affected scenario

This issue primarily affects sites where Nebula switches are configured with Layer 3 Routing features.

Impact

This is a display issue only and does not affect device operation or network services.

Configuration and management functions remain fully operational, including (but not limited to):

• Device configuration
• Port settings
• VLAN configuration
• Firmware management
• Other configuration pages

Your network traffic and Layer 3 routing functionality continue to operate normally.

Current status

Our engineering team has identified the issue and is actively working on a fix.
