USG Flex 500H mfa landing page for remote access vpn not working on 1.39

After upgrading usg flex 500h to 1.39 ABZH.0 my users can connect remote VPN with Secuextender but cant reach the MFA landing page anymore. No changes made to the configuration. Where should i start troubleshooting?

Remote Access was not member of IPSec_VPN zone. When added remote access is working again.

According to Zyxel support the setting was the same before upgrading firmware but somehow my remote access worked correct anyway.
