I recently had to perform a factory reset on my Zyxel NR5103E router, but unfortunately, the sticker with the original admin password is lost/unreadable.

Could someone from the Zyxel team please help me generate the default admin password? Here is my information:

Serial Number: S230Z002959

Hi alexgoj,

Please double-check your serial number. It should contain exactly 8 digits after the 'Z' (e.g., S230Z12345678).
