FWA510 offline on Nebula but working on site

I have an FWA510 in Monaco (Germany), everything is working on that site but I see it offline on Nebula:

I remotely connected to a PC over there and you can see it having issues with Nebula:

How can I solve this?

It seems like the ISP blocked TCP port 4335 & 6667 for nebula connection(netconf).

Please help to check the port quiz:

1. Access the port quiz web page by these URL:
   1. http://portquiz.net:4335/
   2. http://portquiz.net:6667/
2. Open cmd/powershell/terminal and use these CURL command:
   1. curl portquiz.net:4335
   2. curl portquiz.net:6667

Since the web page for 6667 sometimes might not able to connect in my side, you can try the CURL command if you have the same issue as my.

If you confirmed these ports are blocked, please contact the ISP first.
