Can't access NR5103EV2 GUI

Hi, I have the same problem as others previous got solved.

I can't access the GUI of my NR5103EV2 router. I have tried resetting and reached out to three but they can't help.

My S/N is S230Z45001084.

Please can someone send me my password as @Friday previously did for others.
