Mycloud agent Nas326 cannot connect to zyxel cloud

Hi we know that model Nas326 is out of EOL but we cannot use your Mycloud network is says invalid certificate and cannot pair the unit with serial number
Reason: SSL peer presented an invalid certificate
Any help for this or workaround
