Wi-Fi network name doesn't match the one listed on the device

I bought a new router
NR5103E
, but I’m having a problem where the actual Wi-Fi network name doesn't match the one listed on the device. I tried a factory reset, but the issue persists; I suspect the sticker on the back doesn't actually belong to this specific unit. I also tried accessing the 192.168.1.1 configuration page to change the password, but I couldn't because the credentials were incorrect.
