Hello, I requested this same info here on this forum from Zyxel, unfortunatelly I received no feedback. In the meantime I asked O2 directly for supervisor password, but after two weeks waiting they denied my request with remark that I am not the owner/not customer of O2. So I asked the initial owner of the antenna to ask O2 to provide supervisor pass. Still waiting for feedback from O2 again via original owner. In case all these fail, let me know, there is another way.
