NR5103E (Three UK) stuck on V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12 — Need help updating to b15

Hello,

I am using a Zyxel NR5103E router (Three UK branded version) which is currently stuck on firmware version V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12.

The router is unable to find any over-the-air (FOTA) updates automatically. I am using the device outside the UK with a non-Three SIM card, and checking for updates via the Web GUI results in an error or shows that no newer firmware exists. I have already tried changing DNS servers and performing a factory reset, but nothing helps.

Could a support moderator please assist me in pushing the V1.00(ACBJ.0)b15 firmware update to my device, or provide the .bin file for a manual update?

I am ready to provide my device's Serial Number (S/N) and MAC address via private message.
