NR5103E (Three UK) stuck on V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12 — Need help updating to b15

Hi,

I am using a Zyxel NR5103E router (Three UK branded version) which is currently stuck on firmware version V1.00(ACBJ.0)b12.

The router is unable to find any over-the-air (FOTA) updates automatically. I am using the device in Greece with a Cosmote SIM card. Checking for updates via the Web GUI results in a message that "No newer firmware exists". I have already tried performing a factory reset, but it has not helped.

Could a support moderator please assist me in pushing the latest version , which I believe is the V1.00(ACBJ.0)b15 firmware update to my device, or provide the .bin file for a manual update?
I need the firmware file to restore 5G connectivity while using the Cosmote SIM. It used to have 5G connection but it not any more. Locking the bands B1,B3,n28 & n78 does not help.

I can provide the device's Serial Number (S/N) and MAC address via private message.
