Firmware request for NR5103E (Three UK brand) - Need Cell/PCI Locking feature

Hello Zyxel Community Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding my Zyxel NR5103E router, which is originally branded by the Three UK network.

I am currently trying to use the device, but I am facing severe connection stability and latency issues because the router constantly jumps between different cell towers. To solve this, I desperately need to use the Cell Locking (PCI Lock) feature.

Unfortunately, my current firmware version does not allow me to perform cell locking properly or the interface hides it. I tried to open a standard support ticket on the Zyxel portal, but my serial number was rejected because it is an ISP-branded device.

Since I cannot get OTA updates from Three UK, could a moderator please help me obtain the correct firmware version that supports Cell Locking for this specific hardware revision?

I have the Serial Number (S/N) and MAC address of the device ready and I can provide them immediately via Private Message (PM) to any official Zyxel staff member who can help.
